For a great daily ptmr3 kernals are the best. Battery life is truly amazing if you what you’re doing. For more performance wise ktoonz is great. Not the best battery life but you’ll score some high benchmarks and be able overclock to the max.

That sometimes depends on the ROM you install, An example is Carbon uses CM for theirs but if you run a different Kernel, it can’t be one that uses ramdisk.
I advise researching the ROM you want to run or the Kernel before choosing.

What I think is a great ROM, that I have been using currently and on my previous S3, is LiquidSmooth which is a ver. 2.10. How about a review on this one for the Sprint S4 users?”

Installed the Wanamlite rom on my m919 Tmo s4 But Iwanted to add the S health app back in. So I downed the removed apps for some reason the install through recovery goes through but the apps never show up. So I unzipped the file and tried to install manually just the S Health a the sensor app. Install works but the sensor app gives me an error constantly any ideas?

The gummy ROM is awesome but will be far better if it had TouchWiz I can’t wait for the TouchWiz version ROM to be released. I miss my gestures and screen capture swipe already. Apparently it is supposed to be released in January. Does anyone know of a way to install TouchWiz?

I have a Galaxy s4 active, i537, AT&T unlocked on straight talk, pretty much just got it, but haven’t been able to root it yet.
It’s still android 4.3, I’d like to take it to 4.4.2
Where can I get the 442 rom for my S4 active ?
I also just bought the Samsung galaxy tab3 sm-t217a, which needs to be unlocked and rooted too

Hi. just bought a new blue-ray player that requires my phone have 4.2 or better in order for the media-allshare to work. I have the old first galaxy note 1 that only has 4.0. Would any of the update that are for the s4 work on the note since it also is android powered, or am I stuck getting another phone?

The Mahdi rom is great Max. It’s so fast and the battery life is dramatitically better. I’ve been using the ASDA ROM for a few days and although I love their ROM protect with all it’s feature etc., it looks like I’m gonna go to Mahdi or perhaps try out another ROM. I’VE been taken aback by how good this new Mahdi ROM is. Love your videos as usual. Jason.

I have a Galaxy s4 Active I have an issue with. I called Samsung Support and they told me some ‘Best Buys’ have a “Samsung Store” inside that can provide support. The available ‘Support’ is very limited but she did offer to upgrade my Android OS to 4.4.2 (in case you do not feel comfortable doing it themselves)

Got a question that I’m having a hard time finding the answer to. I have a SCH-I545 with the stock Android 4.4.2 that I got from Verizon a while back. I recently switched over to T-Mobile and got everything working fine including 4G LTE. The coverage at my house is not great, so I really want to get WIFI calling working. Is there a custom rom that has this feature or is it possible to load up a T-Mobile rom on this device?
