(You can already do it with screen recording apps but this one is integrated into the ROM.) Of course, Android 4.3/4.3.1 custom ROMs still feature more customization than Android 4.4 KitKat ROMs and if you need a lot of customization, we suggest you to look for older 4.3 Jelly Bean ROMs.
